We bought our new home from Town & City, and if I ever moved again, I wouldn’t hesitate to sell through them. I have never met Deep from Town & City but dealt with him more than I did my own estate agent. He was fantastic. Regular updates, always at the end of the phone, constantly chasing things up making things happen, happy to take calls, answering my queries and basically just being absolutely amazing keeping me updated and I just cannot recommend him enough. My first time using Town & City Homes to sell my house after coming across them whilst looking at somewhere to buy. Once I spoke with the team about the property I was purchasing, I then decided to list the property I had for sale with them and within two weeks of the advert going live, I was ‘Sold STC’ and then exchanged and completed within 3 months of accepting an offer. Throughout the whole process of both buying and selling, I felt so at ease and the communication from the team has been exactly what you want and need during what can be a stressful situation. A great experience from the start. Nigel showed us around the house that we can now call ours and also showed the people who became our buyers, around our property. I really liked his informative, laid back approach with the viewings- spot on. Deep kept to his word from the start.
